RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from thoughtfulwears.com. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Visit thoughtfulwears.com and log into your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on thoughtfulwears.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.
